Asked often
How soon do I get a tracking number?
Immediately. The number is issued when the parcel is keyed in at the counter, before a carrier is chosen — so you leave with it printed on the sticker.
What is the difference between DDP and DDU?
With DDP the duty and taxes are paid here, so the parcel arrives clear and the receiver pays nothing. With DDU the receiver settles them on arrival. You pick at booking and the price reflects it.
How is the price worked out?
By destination, weight and service. For a light but bulky parcel the volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 5000) is used instead of the actual weight, which is how every carrier prices. You see the figure before you commit.
What can I send?
Documents, samples, valuables, garments, electronics, personal effects, commercial goods — most things a courier can carry. Anything an airline or a destination country prohibits is the exception, and we will tell you before you book rather than after.
Do I need an account?
Not to send a parcel or to track one. Regular customers get a portal login to see their shipments, balance and invoices in one place.
What if the parcel is delayed?
The carrier's own events show on the tracking page as they arrive. If something stalls, call the office with the tracking number and we will chase it with the carrier.
